Products and orders

We independently custom print genuine Owala® FreeSip® bottles. Bible Verses Meaning is not affiliated with or endorsed by Owala or Trove Brands. Owala and FreeSip are trademarks of their respective owner.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any selected shipping charge are shown at checkout. Payment is collected when you place an order. Our shipping policy describes available delivery services and our preorder timeframe.

Preorders

Bottles ship within 1–2 weeks of ordering. Carrier transit time is additional. If we cannot meet that timeframe, we will contact you with updated timing and cancellation or refund options.

Personalization and custom artwork

Please check the spelling, capital letters, name, birthday details and other information you enter. Personalized bottles use the information you approve. Product photos and online layout previews illustrate the design; screen colors and the curved printed surface can differ from the finished bottle.

Fully custom orders require written approval of a final print proof sent by email. An online preview, payment, or layout confirmation is not approval of the final print file. Reply with your approval or requested changes. We will contact you if proof revisions or approval timing affect the shipping estimate.

Upload only artwork and text you own or have permission to reproduce. By supplying artwork, you authorize us to use it to prepare proofs and fulfill your order. If a design cannot be printed as requested, we will contact you to agree on a revision or cancellation.

Returns and corrections

Our refund policy covers returns, damage, printing defects and order changes. Unnamed ready-made bottles may be returned within 30 days of delivery in the same unused original condition. Personalized and fully custom bottles are final sale for a change of mind; this does not exclude damage or printing defects.

Contact us promptly for corrections. Changes or cancellation may not be possible after personalized printing has begun. These store policies do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy and updates

Our privacy policy describes how customer information is used. Updates to these terms apply to future orders; we will not retroactively change the terms of an accepted order.
