Preorders and processing

Preorder now. Bottles ship within 1–2 weeks of ordering. Payment is collected at checkout. Shipping transit time begins after your order is dispatched and is additional to the production time.

Fully custom designs require your approval of a final print proof before printing. We email the proof after ordering; reply with your approval or requested changes. If revisions or approval timing affect the shipping estimate, we will contact you. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with updated timing and cancellation/refund options.

United States shipping

We currently ship within the United States. USPS Ground Advantage is free, with an estimated 2–5 business days in transit after dispatch. You may choose USPS Priority Mail for $5.99, with an estimated 1–3 business days in transit after dispatch. Transit estimates are not guarantees and can vary by destination and carrier conditions.

The faster shipping option changes the carrier service, not the time needed to print your bottle. Tracking is provided when your order ships. Please check your shipping address before placing your order and reply to your order confirmation promptly if a correction is needed.
